In the app (fastest)
- Open FLX+ and sign in.
- Go to Account › Privacy & account › Delete account.
- Confirm with the one-time code we send to your mobile number or email.
Cancel any active subscription first if you paid through the App Store or Google Play, because only Apple or Google can stop those renewals.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from your registered email, or include your registered mobile number, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify it’s you before deleting.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted within 30 days: your profile, sign-in details, viewing history, list, preferences, devices and support messages.
- Crash reports stay for at most 90 days and are unlinked from you straight away.
- Kept as Indian law requires: payment, invoice and tax records.
Deleting your account ends any remaining access you paid for. See flx.plus/refunds.
