By creating an account or using FLX+ you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Content Policy.

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Children may watch only through Kids mode on a parent’s or guardian’s account, under their supervision. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in codes private.

• Subscriptions give access to the titles included in the plan for the period you pay for and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time in Account › My subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
• Rentals can be started within the window shown at purchase and then watched for the viewing period shown there. Purchases stay in your library for as long as FLX+ holds the rights to the title.
• Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We will tell you before a subscription price changes for you.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy (flx.plus/refunds).

Your plan sets how many devices can be signed in and how many streams can play at once. FLX+ is for personal, non-commercial viewing. Sharing your account outside your household is not allowed.

Titles, their availability, languages and quality can change, and some titles are only available in certain countries. Titles carry an age rating and content advisories; please check them.

All content on FLX+ belongs to FLX+ or its licensors. You may not copy, record, download outside the app, redistribute, or publicly show it, or try to get around the technical protections.

Do not misuse FLX+: no breaking the law, interfering with the service, scraping, reverse engineering, using bots or other people’s accounts or payment methods, or posting abusive content in reports or support messages. We may suspend or close accounts that do, after telling you why where the law allows.

We work to keep FLX+ available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or stop features.

To the extent the law allows, FLX+ is provided “as is”. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.

You can delete your account at any time (flx.plus/delete-account). We may close accounts that break these terms. Unused paid access is handled as set out in the Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first ([email protected]); unresolved disputes go to the competent courts in India.

We will tell you in the app or by email before material changes take effect. If you keep using FLX+ after that, the new terms apply.
